Refund policy

We would rather refund you than keep money for work you are unhappy with. This policy says exactly when that happens.

Full refund, no questions asked. Ask any time before we begin and you get everything back.

You are refunded the part of the project not yet done, assessed against the work completed at that point. If we have finished the design but not the build, you pay for the design and the rest comes back.

If the delivered work does not match what the package listed, tell us within 14 days. We fix it, and if we cannot, we refund you in full. Deliverables built exactly to the listed scope are not refundable simply because you changed your mind.

Stop any time. The month already paid runs to its end and is not refunded; nothing further is charged. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.

If we cannot start because you did not send the content, access or approvals we asked for, we hold the project open for 90 days and remind you twice. After that the project closes and 50% is refunded, because the slot was reserved and not resold.

Ad spend, third-party subscriptions and platform fees are paid to those platforms and are not refundable by us. Where a platform refunds us, we pass it on in full.
